The SEAT Leon S Copa
SEAT has re-introduced its hugely popular ‘Pay No VAT’ campaign, as it seeks to attract more new car buyers.
The new offer covers two of the Company’s most popular models; the stylish Ibiza 5dr 1.4 SE Copa Supermini and the sporty Leon 1.6 TDI S Copa family hatchback. Like all SEAT’s wearing the ‘Copa’ badge, both cars boast as standard many hundreds of pounds’ worth of the most sought-after equipment previously found on the options list.
Yet, with SEAT picking up the 20% tax bill, motorists choosing the Ibiza will pay just £10,699 RRP – a massive saving of £2,105. Those opting for the Leon will pay just £14,909, saving a whopping £2,970. The ‘Pay No VAT’ offer is available to retail customers only, subject to status, and terms and conditions apply.
Normally retailing at £12,805 RRP, the Ibiza 5dr 1.4 SE Copa is packed with desirable
goodies including 16″ alloy wheels, climate control, rain-sensing wipers, auto-headlights, front fog lights with cornering function, cruise control, front electric windows and an MP-compatible CD player with AUX-in. The Leon 1.6 TDI S Copa, which normally retails at £17,880 RRP, comes with 16″alloy wheels, dual zone climate control, Bluetooth, front fog lights with cornering function, cruise control, an MP3-compatible CD player with AUX-in, ESP stability programme with XDS (electronic differential lock) and a Start/Stop system with energy recovery.
Meanwhile, SEAT is also offering a host of tempting discounts on a variety of other models. A variety of Ibiza SC models, including the stunning Ibiza Cupra and Ibiza Cupra Bocanegra hot hatches are available with as much as £1,500 off the RRP while Ibiza 5dr and Ibiza ST models are offered with discounts of as much as £1,750. Certain Leon models are available with a whopping £2,000 customer saving, as are all Altea and Altea XL variants. Finally, the luxurious Exeo and Exeo ST ‘Tech’ versions are available with £2,000 off the RRP making them better value than ever.
Every new SEAT, including those offered on the ‘Pay No VAT’ deal is currently available to buy via a great 8.9% APR Solutions (PCP) scheme offered by SEAT Finance. Again extended to retail customers, and with a contract term of between 18 and 42 months, the SEAT Finance ‘Solutions’ deal means a new Ibiza SC 1.2 S Copa is available for just £199 per month with a deposit of only £199 based on a 42-month contract, up to 10,000 miles per year and with an optional final payment of £3,385.28.
The Ibiza SC S Copa comes equipped with a generous list of standard fit kit including 15″ alloy wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, ‘one-touch’ electric front windows, front fog lights with cornering function and electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors. Its 1.2-litre 70 PS petrol engine carries this Ibiza to a top speed of more than 100 mph, while combined fuel economy stands at a very creditable 52.3 mpg.
