Terms And Conditions

Our services are governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

• We will deliver your vehicle within the agreed time frame and keep you mobile in the event of a delay;
• Guaranteed delivery confirmation will only be provided once the factory build date has been received;
  If the vehicle had already been built the guaranteed delivery date will be confirmed once the           supplying dealer has agreed the order;

Ceased production, production delay due to Health and Safety, faulty design, 3rd party parts           supplier, 3rd party contractor, industrial action, lost mail, Act of God and Force Maieure are           excluded;

Finance documents must be returned within the time frame advised on the covering letter;

Time frame of delivery will be agreed in writing by an authorized OSV Representative. Verbal           time frames will not be honoured

• There are 3 delivery periods:  Decade 1 = between 1st and 10th of a month / Decade 2 = between 11th and 20th of a month / Decade 3 = between the 21st and last day of the month
• If your vehicle is not delivered within the agreed time frame we will
  Arrange for your existing vehicle to be extended and pay for an MOT test if required;

Or, provide a minimum of a Group B sized rental vehicle for a maximum of 30 days. Insurance           is the responsibility of the client;

• Loan vehicle is not available for commercial vehicles;
• We listen to your needs, and will provide you with clear and accurate information;
• We will at all times be honest;
• We will keep your financial information in a secure system and cross shred documents before disposal;
• We are independent from any one financial provider;
• We fix your price once the deposit is paid;
• Except for Daimler Chrysler Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Lotus, TVR and Maserati and the vehicle must be delivered within 3 months of our vehicle order;
• We provide car mats;
  Car mats supplied will be driver and passenger only and either Manufacturer or OSV           branded. Mats may be posted independently after delivery;
• We will update you with the progress of your vehicle, and you will receive a courtesy call after your vehicle has been delivered;
• An email will be sent periodically providing an update on the progress of your order;
• We are a member of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association);
• We can save you money on your vehicle insurance and/or provide better cover;
• No more than one minor conviction in the last 2 years;
• All drivers over 25 years old;
• Maximum age 80;
• We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to advise on and arrange general insurance contracts and therefore to offer a range of non-investment insurance policies to customers.
