OSV began in 1997 when Andrew and Debbie Kirkley decided to stop working for PLCs, forming a company where people were the focus. They’d had enough with working for companies where employees were just numbers on a payroll and customers were only seen as profit.

OSV has grown from a one-man band to an office filled with enthusiastic employees, with customer experience still the main focus, to everything that’s done. With over half of the business coming from recommendations and return customers, it’s safe to say the level of service you’d receive if you chose OSV is something you don’t need to worry about.
