2014 Renault Scenic Review

A list of great French creations would have to include the crepe, the Eiffel tower and the pencil sharpener among other things. France is also known for producing the Scenic, one of the best-selling MPVs in the UK, with over 4.3 million sales since its debut in 1996. The Scenic might not be as tasty as France’s thin pancake creations, but the third generation does offer better efficiency, more equipment and better value.  In addition, the 2014 Renault Scenic has now split into three distinct lines; Scenic five seater, Scenic XMOD five seater and the Grand Scenic seven-seat model.

The latest incarnation of the 2014 Renault Scenic offers more options than a Chinese buffet. There is a smorgasbord of body shapes, trim levels and engine options.  Most MPV owners rank value, safety and reliability ahead of spirited driving, so it’s no surprise the Scenic doesn’t exhibit go-kart handling.
