OSV was borne out of an idea that people, rather than profit, should be the core focus of our business. In 1997, Andrew and Debbie Kirkley decided they’d had enough of working for companies where employees were only seen as numbers, and customers were just a line in the ledger, so they set up OSV.
We’re driven by customer satisfaction and believe that honesty and integrity are exactly what is needed in order to accomplish our goals.
Over the years, OSV has grown from a one-man band to an office filled with enthusiastic and experienced employees who all believe that customer experience should be central to everything.
