WHO WE ARE


OSV was borne out of an idea that people, rather than profit, should be the core focus of our business. In 1997, Andrew and Debbie Kirkley decided they’d had enough of working for companies where employees were only seen as numbers, and customers were just a line in the ledger, so they set up OSV.

We’re driven by customer satisfaction and believe that honesty and integrity are exactly what is needed in order to accomplish our goals.

Over the years, OSV has grown from a one-man band to an office filled with enthusiastic and experienced employees who all believe that customer experience should be central to everything.

OUR VISION

OUR HISTORY

1997

OSV was founded. Debbie and Andrew worked out of their home.

2000

We employed our first team member and rented the first OSV office above a Citroen dealer in Worthing.

2006

The OSV team expanded to 20 and we moved to larger offices located in Chapel Road, Worthing.

2008

OSV halved over night to fit the new UK economic climate. With 10 key team members, OSV moved to a new office space in the High Street, Worthing.

2015

As the team began to grow again, OSV moved to our current offices in Yeoman Gate.

2017

Recognising the importance of marketing, OSV opened the doors to their in-house marketing department.

2018

OSV began to blossom. Every department grew as we welcomed new team members to the sales, admin and marketing teams.
