A customer portal – whereby weekly, our dealers update the portal with the latest status of the customers vehicle. Requests from our Admin Team are sent to our dealers on a Friday and our Dealers will update the status by the following Monday.
Quotes to be turned around in 2 working hours and availability requests to be turned around in less than 24 hours.
A first and second point of contact to be provided to us for sales and admin.
We use an online digital signing platform for our dealer orders and these are requested to be returned and signed within 24 hours of receipt.
If an introduction fee is due to us then our normal payment terms are 7 days.
