WHAT TO EXPECT WITH OSV

We know what to ask and when. This means that you can relax comfortable in the knowledge that the journey to your new vehicle is being looked after by people who know exactly what they are doing. You can feel confident knowing that we won’t take up any of your time unnecessarily too.

FROM FIRST ENQUIRY, TO KEYS IN YOUR POCKET

It’s all about getting to know you and what you want.

Step 1
When you get in touch with us for the first time we want to find out exactly what you need out of a car. It’s not only about what the car looks like; it’s about mileage, how many ISOFIX seats you need, your budget, all the important extras…
Step 2
Once we’ve talked to you and got a list of everything you need, we take all that information and shop around to find the perfect vehicle for you. After we’ve had a chance to find some vehicles for you to look at that match the requirements you gave us we’ll contact you and go through everything we’ve found so you can choose.
Step 3
We’ll go over all the options with you and when you know what you want we’ll get your confirmation and start the ball rolling.
Step 4
After you’ve confirmed your purchase with us you can update your order and check everything on our customer portal. You’ll receive weekly updates from the portal letting you know where your car is in the order journey, from order to delivery.
Step 5
When we say we’re with you every step of the way we mean it. All of our finance forms are on our website. If you have any questions at all about them just call or email and we’ll give you any help you need.
Step 6
After your finance has been approved we’ll collect the first payment (admin fees and any service fees). You won’t be asked for your initial deposit until the delivery of your car (or up to 6 days after delivery).*
Step 7
Following the delivery of your brand new vehicle we’ll get in touch to make sure that you’re happy with everything.
Step 8
Our support doesn’t stop the moment you accept delivery of your car. If you have any problems throughout the duration of your agreement we’ll be on the other end of the phone to help.
