  • Or request a call back?

• Look at their reviews
  • This is key to finding a great company. Great customer reviews reflect great customer service.

• Check their accreditations
  • Are they members of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority?
  • Are they Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) experts?

  • If you’re in doubt, ask them about their customer service process. Some questions I would recommend are;
    • How often will I hear from you?
    •  How will you keep me updated on the progress of my order?
    • What other costs are involved?
    • What is your process if my car is delayed?
